building, 36’ long, 24’ wide, made up by (2) 12’ x
36’ trailers put together. Open classroom with 3
closets, and 2 base board heaters in closets. (4)
slider windows, exterior is shingled and pitched
roof with gutters, aluminum sided with wood
skirting, contains a 70 amp electric panel that
powers unit. ¾” water supply, 3 inch sewer return,
has (2) self-contained electric heater/Air
conditioning units. 2 entrance doors with one set
of steps with landing. Tongue and axles not
included. model number 3624, serial number 75286,
manufactured in 1975. Buyer responsible for
removal. Must be removed by September 1st. (3 units
