31-3/4" x 60-3/8" Hammermill system constructed of
heavy duty 22-3/8" diameter roto, (16)1-1/8" thick
2-piece laser cut rotor plates to ensure precision
and enforce steel strength. The plates are keyed on
a 5-7/8" diameter shaft with one 5-3/16" bearing
and one 3-15/16" bearing and (8) 2" hammer
retaining rods.
Variable speed infeed system consists of one (1)
33" diameter top compression feed roll with an 18"
long 57" wide live floor equipped with four (4)
strands of WDH-110 120 chain in a staggered
configuration
Hammermill drive includes all belts, sheaves,
bushings and shields
Discharge system consists of two (2) aggregate
grade belt conveyors hydraulically driven, a 48"
wide x 14'6" long horizontal conveyor
Engine gauge panel and emergency shut down system
located in an anti-theft console
Electronic RPM sensor and automatic feed system
Heavy duty tube type frame with hydraulic
stabilizers
Tri-axle trailer with 22,400# suspension per axle,
fifth wheel towing arrangement, air brakes and
lights to ICC specifications
Six (6) 385/65R/22.5, 20-ply radial tires on
aluminum Rims
