The Trencher has added weights on front, approx. 200 to 300
hundred pounds. 4 tires are new put on about 18 months ago on
trencher or about 10 hours of run time on them. The current chain is
a carbide tipped teeth and comes with an additional new carbide
tipped chain.
The Vermeer V3550A is a compact, ride-on, hydrostatic trencher
powered by a 37-44 hp Deutz diesel engine, commonly used for
utility installation. It features a 6-way backfill blade, a 6-foot
trencher chain, and is designed for high maneuverability with an
operating weight around 4,350 lbs (1,973 kg).
Operator and maintenance manuals for the V3550A are readily
available, including specialized parts for its attachments.
