2005 Cat 247B Multi-Terrain Loader aka Track Skid Steer or MTL. Price includes a spare rubber track.
Turbo charged diesel engine, heater, glass slider windows, auxiliary hydraulic and electric hook-ups, front and rear lighting, load level to name a few options.

Recent maintenance included a valve adjustment at 1100hrs. Please note that the he undercarriage has been upgraded with aluminum idlers with zerk grease fittings and new bearings. NOT MORE RUBBER to chip and wear out!!!

1255 actual total hours. Really low hours due to very light use only over the last four years. Comes with all documentation from CAT.
