Condition:
According to the seller, Engine was running during the upset, there was no load on the boom at the time. It simply slowly leaned over to about a 45 degree angle and then the boom end impacted the ground. The operator shut the engine down as it was starting to lean. The engine runs fine and they drove the unit from Williston to Bismarck with no problems. A new head assembly was put on recently.
