insurance claim and is being sold by the insurance
company to recover funds.

Condition:
The lifts were improperly installed and had to be
removed from the ground. Since they were installed
and then removed from the ground the warranty has
been voiced. In the photos some of the concrete
remains on the casing of the lifts. The working
mechanisms of the lifts have never been used. The
inspection of the lifts found that one of the lift
housing was damaaged during the removal process.
All others appear to be in good condition. They are
not selling the complete lift kits. The "finishing
kit" is not included in this sale.

This product is purchased, as is where is basis,
buyer is responsible for all moving and freight
costs. The seller does not offer any warranties or
any manufacturer warranties. Upon receipt of
cleared funds, seller will give the buyer a release
order for item pick up. All product sold as is,
